2. Homeowners should not park in front of or block mail delivery. Delivery might not
be made if access is blocked.
3. Our snowplow service will keep mailboxes cleared of snow. If the area is especially icy, contact maintenance.
4. Homeowners are to contact maintenance if there is a problem with their mailbox.
a. If problem is with the entire mailbox, the Association will investigate and
resolve problem.
b. If problem is with an individual's mailbox, the Association will investigate and contact
homeowner with remedies. Homeowner can choose remedy. Homeowner will be billed/invoiced for cost.
c. Keys are the responsibilty/expense of the individual homeowner. If keys are lost,
homeowner is responsible for cost of new lock and keys.
