The Association is required to cover the exterior of all units with an insurance policy.  Currently this insurance policy is from State Farm.  The charge for this insurance is included in your monthly dues.  Our yearly premium, as of 2008, was over $__________.  We do have a high deductible to protect the Association from abuse through many small claims.

To insure that the proper coverage is applied, claims must be made through the Association.  To file a claim, please contact the President* of the Association. 

We also strongly recommend that you carry insurance on the interior of your unit and its contents and Ho6 coverage.  This coverage is available from your insurance agent.
