Every unit has a double garage and two additional parking spaces in front of the garage.  In addition, there is a turnaround for the two rear units.  Please note the turnaround is not intended for permanent parking or as a storage area.  Persistent violators will be towed at their expense.

The Association does not permit outside storage.  For this reason, boats, motorcycles, trailers, etc. must be stored in your garage.  The two spaces outside the garage door are intended for the parking of motor vehicles only.

Coon Rapids has a winter parking ban from 11/1 through 3/1.  Vehicles may not be parked on the streets from 2:00 a.m through 6:00 a.m.
