Please note that the Association is concerned only with the appearance, maintenance, and repair of our facilities.  We do not enforce city ordinances or try to establish standards of morality or behavior.  Please try to settle any disputes you may have with a neighbor in a calm friendly manner.  If you are unable to settle differences and the problem does not concern maintenance, call the Coon Rapids police department on 911 or the police administrative department at 763-767-6481 during business hours.

Coon Rapids City Ordinances state that it is illegal to make unnecessary and continued loud noises within the City limits.  SUch noises occuring between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am may constitute a misdemeanor violation of City Code.  Report excessive noise levels during those hours by calling 911.
