Vehicles left outside during a snowfall
may interfere with snow removal. The contractor will not come closer than three
feet from a vehicle during the cleanup. Removal of snow from the steps, landing,
garage apron, and deck is your responsibility. Having the contractor perform
this service would cost more money than we can afford.
Please do not attempt to influence
the performance of the contractor who removes the snow. He performs his work
according to a contract which keeps our costs as low as possible. The Association
is not responsible for damaged or destroyed property.
